1. Contact with Us
If you contact us via the website’s form or by email, your provided data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

2. Data Storage for Training Booking via the Website
For simplifying the booking process and subsequent contract processing by MDI, the IP data of the connection owner, along with the title, name, address, company name, email, and phone number of the booker, are stored within cookies. Additionally, we store the registration date, HR contact in the company (if available), title and topic of the attended seminar, date of the attended seminar, and billing address for contract processing.

The data of name, address, services used, and purchase date will be stored beyond this until the end of the product liability period (10 years).
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and/or Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
