4. Web Analysis

Our website uses functions from various web analytics service providers. Cookies are used for this purpose, enabling an analysis of website usage by its users. The information generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded contracts for order data processing with each provider. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized, allowing only rough localization.

6. Data Processing

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence

At MDI Training, we are committed to providing cutting-edge learning experiences by leveraging the latest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. As a leadership development company, we continuously explore and implement new AI systems to stay ahead of the curve and offer our customers the best AI-powered learning benefits. Our website utilizes various AI tools, including ChatGPTHeygenSegmindPlayHTTranslatePress, and SEOPress, to enhance engagement, accessibility, and the overall quality of our services.

7.1 How We Use AI:

Roleplay and Simulations:
We utilize ChatGPT, an AI language model from OpenAI, to simulate roleplay scenarios that help users practice and improve their conversational skills, providing a dynamic and interactive learning environment

Example Scenario: A leader participating in an MDI training session uses our roleplay feature to practice having a discussion with a team member about a potential salary raise. During this interaction, the leader inputs text describing the scenario and their approach, and ChatGPT generates responses that simulate the team member’s perspective. This helps the leader refine their communication skills in a safe, simulated environment.

User Responsibility:
While the AI tools, such as ChatGPT, provide valuable assistance in simulating various scenarios, it’s important to use these tools thoughtfully. We recommend working with examples that closely mirror real-life situations, but please do not enter any sensitive information, real names, or real numbers. Users are responsible for the content they input into these tools, and providing non-sensitive, anonymized examples will help ensure a constructive learning experience without compromising privacy.

Data Handling:

The data provided by the leader during this roleplay session (e.g., the text inputs describing the scenario) is processed by OpenAI’s ChatGPT to generate relevant responses. This data is used solely for the purpose of generating the simulated conversation and is not stored by MDI unless explicitly stated otherwise for quality improvement or analytical purposes. If data is stored, it is anonymized and not linked back to the individual user to protect their privacy.

No Decision-Making:
The AI does not make decisions or judgments about the leader or their performance; it simply generates responses based on the inputs provided.

Data Security:
The processing of this data occurs on servers managed by OpenAI, which adhere to stringent security measures, including encryption, to ensure data protection. For more detailed information on how OpenAI handles data, please refer to the OpenAI Privacy Policy and OpenAI Terms of Use.

Transparency:
Leaders are informed that AI is used for these simulations, and that their inputs are processed to create realistic scenarios without long-term data retention by MDI.

7.2 Transparency and Data Privacy

  • General Disclosure:
We use AI technologies throughout our platform to enhance various elements, including text, images, videos, and audio. As a result, some content you see or hear on our website may be generated or enhanced by AI. While we may not provide individual notifications for each instance of AI-generated content, we are committed to using AI responsibly and transparently.
    • AI-Generated Avatars:
Our instructional videos may feature avatars created with Heygen, an AI-powered tool that generates lifelike digital presenters, making our content delivery more engaging and personalized.
    • AI-Generated Images:
We may use AI models from Segmind to create images that showcase people for use on our website and in promotional materials. These images are generated by AI and do not depict real individuals.
    • AI-Generated Audio:
To make our content more accessible, we use PlayHT to create audio versions of our blog posts and voice-overs for videos, enhancing the auditory learning experience for our users.
    • AI-Driven Translations:
Our website uses TranslatePress, which employs AI technology to translate website content into multiple languages. This allows us to provide a multilingual experience, making our content more accessible to a global audience.
    • AI for SEO Optimization:
We use SEOPress with AI features to optimize our website content for search engines, improving visibility and reach.
  • Data Handling:
Data you provide during AI interactions, such as through our roleplay simulations, is processed by the respective AI providers (OpenAIHeygenSegmindPlayHTTranslatePress, and SEOPress). At MDI, we do not store this data unless required for quality or analytical purposes, and even then, it is anonymized to protect your privacy. AI-generated images, audio, and translations are synthetic outputs that do not involve personal data.
  • Data Location and Security:
Data processing is carried out on servers managed by AI providers, which may be located in various regions. These providers adhere to stringent security protocols, including encryption, to protect your data. For specific information regarding data handling by OpenAI, you can visit the OpenAI Privacy Policy and OpenAI Terms of Use.
