Balancing Efficiency with Human-Centered Leadership

Join Our Monthly AI & VR Hour! Explore AI and virtual reality, alternating between exciting AI tools and immersive VR experiences. Held every second Thursday of the month, from 4 – 5 pm CET, it’s free and open to all.

Where: VR Happy Hour: In-person at Mariahilfer Straße 51-1-5 and/or AI Happy Hour: In-person or online

Dates: AI & VR Hour takes place every second Thursday of the month: 12.09 (VR), 10.10 (AI), 14.11 (VR), 12.12 (AI), 09.01 (VR), 13.02 (AI), 13.03 (VR), 10.04 (AI), and 08.05 (VR). Summer break in July and August.

As an official Inner Development Goals (IDG) partner, MDI is committed to fostering leadership development through transformational skills for sustainable growth. Our IDG Vienna Leadership Development Hub, where #everybodyiswelcome, serves as a space for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

We meet quarterly to advance the IDG agenda,
offering hybrid sessions that bring together
stakeholders, organizations and individuals.

PersonaList.at, launched in 2002 by Gunther Fürstberger, CEO of MDI, is an exclusive online platform for HR and L&D professionals in the GSA region.

Although it was initiated by MDI, the platform is entirely community-driven and has grown to almost 1,300 active members. It offers a secure, confidential space for professionals to exchange knowledge, ideas, and experiences.

Only registered HR and L&D experts can access and participate, ensuring the community is limited to industry insiders. Non-HR individuals and service providers are not permitted, and registration requires a professional email address.
