At MDI, we use Articulate RISE, a tool for e-learning & creating digital client offers. For the redesign of the 3-module First-Line Manager Program for Mondi, we use RISE as a user-friendly e-learning tool.
This detailed leadership program was developed in close coordination with an internal project team and adapted to the current needs of the Western Europe + Canada and Africa + Middle East regions.
This Leadership program developed with PORR is a leadership development program consisting of individual, self-contained learning nuggets that cater to different needs within PORR and can be individually booked by the learners.
From the initial contact to the implementation of our fit2lead Leadership Academy, MDI impressed us with their professionalism, dedication, and expertise.
